Abstract Photography
Abstract Photography- PPAC course
Escaping the confines of depicting figure and ground, abstraction has been intrinsic to photography since the medium’s inception. In this exciting new course, we will investigate abstract photographers from the Photo-Secessionists to the Post-Modernists, and how their unique processes gave rise to a whole new visual vocabulary. With equal concentration on the study and practice, students will leave with a more thorough understanding of abstract photography’s unique place in the art world along with a whole new body of work.
